In between gravity and levity

Part of the practice of craniosacral therapy involves cultivating a felt sense of grounding and emergence.

Another way to describe it is a sense of opening and closing.

Somewhere in between the two is a fulcrum, a place of balance and stillness but also of great power, because the slightest shift of the fulcrum changes everything.

When we become sensitive enough and safe enough to feel into the deeper aspects of our experience, we can learn to locate our own fulcrum for ourselves.

Awareness of our own sense of balance and self, gives us a tremendous agency. It provides an internal reference point from which to navigate the turmoil of the ‘world out there’

We maintain a reference point, or a map of our own integrity.

Finding our own sense of integrity is so important today, as the winds of dis-integration do their best to draw us into the eye of it’s own storm.

If you’re interested to find out how Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy could help you with integration, do get in touch.
